If the Smart Reader does not detect your phone, or if any of the recommended services are not running, use the OpenPath app to manually open the lab door.

Stand close to the lab door you want to open (Within about 6 ft.)

Open the OpenPath app on your phone, and click the lock icon on the corresponding door.
